For the Four-E-One, for our last year together, we will rock you.
Three cheers and three cheers and three cheers for E1! With 157 points, we were 2nd in the upper-secondary level, after a controversy regarding 4N2 scores and ours was heavily debated between Mrs. Lim and us (Steven, Cazua, Sianglin, and me). I recorded down a video of our debate, so the 4E1-ians will know how passionate we were to have 4E1 win! And Miss Lim found out about the “K&G secret” on our t-shirt! My catch-line of the day was “I’m serious, okay?!”
Alright, so lets get started with the day. Good thing the sports day was going to happen at Clementi Stadium, which makes my traveling easier an in fact, I lazed on my bed until 7AM before heading down there (reporting time was … 7.20AM). The upper-secondary side is rather quiet, lower-secondary students are more lively. We are lazy-bums, or rather, just too tired to scream and shout like we did years ago. I was loitering around the teacher’s corner before heading back to cheer my friends on.
I think we owe much of our win to the girls in 4E1. Just look at the photo right there, Sianglin is trying to show Chaqif my tough she can be! And yes, they are really good on the tracks (in real life , I’m intimidated by her occasionally too!). Run, and they run, and they won most of the events they were involved in. Aside from the events today, participants like Xueli, contributed largely to the score! GIRL POWER! Our guys are just better at other stuffs, not sports =)
Look at the art on my arm! Lockheart! There was this particular event, the inter-CCA 4×100m race. Cazua crashed into Steven who was the 2nd runner and Steven went down, bleeding. But he still made it through by resuming the race. Even though they didn’t won, it was good sportsmanship, expected of the sportsleaders!
After the whole thing ended, we went down to Jurong East Entertainment Center for lunch. While eating at KFC, a immature secondary-one student was provoking me by making weird signals. Immature, yes, or rather, attitude-problem. But it didn’t really bother me much, though I ponder over his interpretation of being a girl-magnet, is it enough just being a … beng? I left first because I had dance at 2PM, but it just occurs that everyone is a little off-time.
Dance … we are in this together, so lets strive through it as one!
You couldn’t really blame us for being a little slack today. After-all, how much can you expect from a bunch of kids who just had fun? It isn’t just going to tone down within a couple of hours, and self-discipline only helps to a certain extent. And there’s something I should mention, since Jiacheng and Jac- are already flooding my tagboard with a whole load of rants.
Sometimes it is not because we don’t want to go for dance but rather, it is just not our top-priority. Dance is just a hobby, an interest, not a liability. “What I come to school for?” To study, and develop our abilities, of course. Studying is the first thing that comes to our mind when we mention school, so that is our top-priority.
But there’s something we have to understand. we are not dancing for leisure purposes this time. It isn’t something to neglect responsibility or what-so-ever. From what I’ve heard from Pei Xuan, “Everytime I dance with my best efforts, he say not good. When I slacked a little while dancing, he says got improvement!” Certainly that happened to me today as well, when I slacked much because I was injured half-way during the run-through.
So I came up with this answer, it is because it’d take the whole group to be serious together to make everyone’s effort worthwhile. Words might be too harsh, and I felt that it was quite unreasonable when the lateness of Jiacheng & the 2 girls were not pardoned though it was for a good cause. Lets just give it all our best, it’s barely a month, and it will be all over by then. Yea?
And Mrs. Lim shattered my possibility of scoring the most CCA points in my class! 34 was what she showed, 29 was what she changed to! I lost to Pei Xuan by 2 points then! NO~! =)
Things get better day by day, and so I pray it does.
Yes! The class shirt is finally done, after delaying it ever since last year. It’s pink, PINK! In case you are wondering who proposed pink ,it was me =) Each cost $20 and they sum up to $900 for 45 pieces. We went to the shop (Artserve) last Thursday and spent a good 2 hours there trying to settle on a design and colors. The last time we went there, it was only Cazua, Xue Li, Yeeling and I. This time, it was Cazua, Xue Li, Yeeling, Adeline, Leezhen, Sean and I. Most of the shirts were stained with green ink, small but still visible if you look closely. Some had tiny holes, and a couple sewing problems. Those who went there to collect, of course, can get to pick the best ones first. Mine is quite flawless, hurray! I went straight home after collection of the shirts and lunch, while they went back to school to distribute the shirts.
School was okay, nothing really special happened. I got to know who I’m going to tuition for PoA, they were Taufik and Dominic, hurray, close friends! We also got to try out a module named CRITERION which was to train us in essay-writing. I scored 6/6 for my first test there. Shawn wrote crap, which he claimed, an incomplete story and got 6/6 too. Gosh.
FEEL.oftheday
So little time
Try to understand that I’m
Trying to fake ‘em out just to stay in the game
I try to stay awake and remember my name
But everybody’s changing
And I don’t feel the same.

Telling friends a few gags and laughing together is something that will never go wrong …
I knew today was going to great with the morning rain, as it is equalize to NO assembly, and able to walk SLOWLY to school! I was wearing my brown hood for the first time to school today.
I can’t I got fooled by Madam Aslinah and Cazua, they got me running to the Canteen for a English oral practice, to only realize I was … fooled. It was just outside the classroom, but apparently I didn’t saw the examiner outside and walked briskly to the canteen! She claimed she called me back many times, but I’m afraid I didn’t hear her.
So, oral. Now then I realize my oral sucks big time. I can’t pronounce -ED words because I tend to replace it with -T! I really need to practice much, and when I do, that drives Cazua crazy.
During Geography lesson, he thought I was singing a song softly. But the more he he listens, the stranger he felt … because he kept hearing ‘T, ‘ED, ‘T, ‘ED and so he asked, and can’t help it but to stop me.
I knew the results for my Chinese oral test! It totals to 34/40, 15/20 from passage-reading and 19/20 from topic discussion. Apparently, I scored the highest across the whole level for topic discussion, the 2nd highest was 17. Awesome ain’t I!? But it was still 34, the highest score in our level and this score is shared by a couple of people.
Oh hell, Chemistry is hilarious. Organic Chemistry today. Miss Lim’s introduction ended with a line “Methane is fart … and I’m going to tell you all were all these gases come from” and I just can’t hold myself back and said, “asshole!”
Alright, and I kept on laughing over stupid jokes for the next 20 minutes. Cazua and I were joking about some kind of petroleum which we thought was male reproductive fluid and after saying that, I heard Miss Lim say this line: “and Iraq is going to pump all these into Singapore” … then I hit the table wit hmy heading laughing crazily. Lubricant was our next topic of interest when Cazua claimed that the lubricant used for sexual intercourse is different from the one Miss Lim is describing. So I asked Miss Lim after the chemistry class, and without even getting to the point directly, she knew what I meant and described. And yea, I was right, it is the same lubricant except the one used for *ahem* is of higher standard.
During drama, it was articulation again and we had to do some tongue twisters. After that, we had to read a passage in a group and our group was insane, our signature pose is “MWAHAHAHAHA!” Okay, that is evil alright!
A day filled with laughters, I’m so high!
Ever chat with somebody using SMS who is so damn near you? The feeling sucks. Sorry Cadey.
I’ve got 3 presents today! First, a skin of the day on my Birthday (March 23rd), oh my! Second, present from Sean & Wanting, it is cute! Third, a bottle of Jim Bean Cola from Pei Xuan! I was head over heels whenever I receive any presents today! I mean, aside from Sean and Wanting’s present, the other 2 are totally unexpected okay? Look on your left, that is from Pei Xuan! And below, is the cute artpiece from Sean and Wanting!
We had dance this morning, at Dance Horizon which has relocated to the old NAFA at Bugis. The thought I was weird today as I was wearing Pink! Alright, so we waited, and waited, and Wei Na was last to arrive because she had a date.
The place was creepy, the green room, everything. It was much worse than what I’ve heard about it, it’s like some movie-shooting location. Oh and it really look like a place in the movie Kung Fu! The floor, damn dusty. The green room, even dustier, our foot was all black upon exiting.
We (Clique-5) went to had Ajisen for our lunch, and Weina said our tastes are pretty similar except I don’t take spice that much. But one by one, they left. Sean & Wanting, then Weina, then it was a wherever you will go situation. Not going to go too much into it, so don’t ask.

I woke up to see Huimin’s and Edward’s SMS on my phone’s screen, and they both carried the line “Happy Birthday!”
And as I promised, I’m going to release a blogskin today. It has been long hasn’t it? it is titled {dlh;18:} PINK!&blue*lostinlove, my 18th skin! So simple, but I think it is colorful … eh?
The Compass program ended early and I’m glad so, not really much I’ve learnt from there. Like Fong Yong said, what they taught are common sense that came across us so many times in our life. I formed some pretty sentences with the letters of my name, watch!

There are much more but I couldn’t remember, and Huimin gave me a card she made on her own! Sweet ain’t it? Thank you Huimin! And all those who wished me happy birthday but didn’t got me into a birthday bash, I applause =)
So, I guess, the last March 23rd in Yuan Ching. Somehow or rather, it sounds awkward but from friends to classmates, love’ya all much. I remembered tearing up Calvin’s book 2 years ago during my birthday bash accidentally, and last year was being cornered and ganged. Then there was this card by Sianglin I remember, should be in Secondary 2, she has this thing about my mole written in the card. The period of time I’ve had from one birthday to another year is wonderful, full of ups and downs but they were always there again. I never have to miss them, we aways come back to one another.
On my 13th birthday, I wished for getting along well with my classmates and that came true. From that moment on, I’ve known the most important friends until now.
On my 14th birthday, I wished for a good year of success and that came true. From the SYF Dance, Drama of History and the TKK Award, it was absoultely fulfilling. From that moment on, I knew what would keep me going on for development of talents.
On my 15th birthday, I wished for a closer relationship between everyone and I and that came true. The year really started bad, I am prejudiced against my new classmates, distanced from the one I love and torn off some relationships. The gaps between my classmates and I have become closer, and the one I love as well, and salvaged more time for friends. From that moment on, I appreciate them more than anybody else.
And on this birthday, I wished for … *smirks*. Can you guess so?
